ABC’s of Thanksgiving

The Holyday Season is a stressful time. One of the best ways to help with stress is by having a grateful heart. Starting Sunday, we’ll list five things we are thankful for each day, with the letter of the day, starting with “A” on Sunday.

One thing we all can be thankful for today is the extra hour of sleep we get for setting our clocks back tonight, at the end of Daylight Savings Time.
