Jeremiah 21 Study Guide

This chapter is the reverse of Romans 8:31 ESV “ What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?” We see that when God is angry with you and you don’t seek repentance, there will come a time that it is better to deal with your enemies than to deal with a God who is against you.

Monday — Repeatedly, through Jeremiah, God has said what He required to stop what was coming. Was that found in verse 2 of chapter 21?

Tuesday — In verse 4 is God going to help which side?

Wednesday — What is God going to do in verses 5-7?

Thursday — God had prepared a way of life and a way of death for all who live in Judah, verses 8-10. List each way.

Friday — The saying “Hell has no fury like a woman scorned.” may be wrong when you look at what God’s fury does, verses 12-14.

Saturday — In John 14:6, what does Jesus say about Himself? Who is the Word and what was in Him? What does the world do with Him? How does that compare with Judah and modern day?
